“As one of many constituents of Texas 21 who represents labor, I am thrilled that for the first time in a generation this election provides the opportunity to send a candidate that truly represents its citizens to Congress. Most recently, Kopser was endorsed by former Austin-area Texas Senator Gonzalo Barrientos. On why he chose to endorse Kopser, Sen. Barrientos said,

“As the 21st District becomes competitive for the first time in 40 years, Joseph is working to meet voters where they are and continue the fight to create a level playing field for jobs, education, and opportunity for all Texans. He not only represents the best chance to flip this seat but, more importantly, he will serve the people of TX-21 and not the special interests who’ve controlled the seat for decades.”
