Joseph Kopser to Host Roundtable, Convene Local Experts to Discuss our Immigration Crisis

(San Antonio, TX) — After visiting the border between El Paso and Juarez and sharing what he learned with the voters of TX-21, Joseph Kopser will host an immigration roundtable in San Antonio this Wednesday, August 22. Kopser, a 20-year Army veteran and businessman, will continue his listening tour throughout the district with town halls in each of the ten counties and roundtables focused on the issues that matter most to constituents.

The roundtable will bring together local experts to explore our common values and shared challenges surrounding the immigration crisis. The conversation will include local leaders and immigration stakeholders, academics who teach and research the issue at the university level, and local Latinx activists.

The conversation will convene at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, August 22nd in San Antonio and will be open to press. Please contact Madison at with questions or to RSVP.

Joseph Kopser is a 20-year Army veteran, technology entrepreneur, husband and father of three daughters, and Democratic nominee for Congress in TX-21. His candidacy is driven by concern for the future of our country and the path Washington leadership is taking. He is building a new coalition of voters who believe the values, priorities, and expectations of Texas’ 21st congressional district will serve as a model of service and representation for Texas and the United States.
