Kopser, Kling, Wolff Campaigns to Continue Veterans Outreach with Blockwalking, VFW Visit

(San Antonio, TX) — This Sunday Joseph Kopser (TX-21), Steven Kling (SD-25), and Judge Nelson Wolff (Bexar County), will continue their joint veterans outreach with a coordinated canvass of veterans and military families and a VFW visit in San Antonio.

The veterans outreach program, as reported in the Houston Chronicle, was created to get military families more engaged in the political process through genuine engagement on the issues, not buzzwords and platitudes that so many campaigns have used. “We’re trying to change that dynamic,” Judge Wolff told the Chronicle.

Kopser, Kling, and Wolff will meet at 1:00pm for a veterans-focused blockwalk. At 4:00pm, Kling and Kopser will sit down at VFW Post #76 in San Antonio to meet with fellow veterans and hear their concerns. Details for both events are below:

Joseph Kopser is a 20-year Army veteran, technology entrepreneur, husband and father of three daughters, and Democratic nominee for Congress in TX-21. His candidacy is driven by concern for the future of our country and the path Washington leadership is taking. He is building a new coalition of voters who believe the values, priorities, and expectations of Texas’ 21st congressional district will serve as a model of service and representation for Texas and the United States.
